Privacy Policy

Reheava is a speech-practice and teleprompter app for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains the app's handling of information and separately describes this website and support email.
Your scripts and practice data
Reheava stores your documents, blocks, cues, learning progress, rehearsal results, and preferences on your device using Apple's local storage technologies, including SwiftData. We do not receive your scripts, operate a script-storage server, or offer accounts or in-app cloud synchronization.
Reheava accesses an imported file when you select it through Apple's document picker. TXT and text-based PDF extraction happens on the device. Exporting opens the system sharing interface: the destination you choose then handles the exported file under its own privacy practices.
Speech playback and permissions
Text is read aloud using Apple's system speech synthesizer and installed voices. Reheava does not upload scripts to a developer-operated speech service. Downloading additional Apple voices may require a network connection managed by your device. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or location access and does not record or recognize your speech.
Purchases
Apple processes the optional Reheava Pro purchase. Reheava uses StoreKit to read verified purchase status on your device and unlock Pro. We do not receive your payment-card details and do not send transaction records to a developer-operated server. Apple's handling of App Store data is described in App Store & Privacy.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Reheava includes no developer analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or advertising identifier collection. We do not sell personal data or track activity across other companies' apps and websites. Apple may provide App Store reporting and diagnostic information according to your device sharing preferences and Apple's policies.
Keeping and deleting information
Local app data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the app. You can delete individual documents or all local data from Reheava's settings. Deletion does not affect files you exported, copies kept by other services, or device backups. Your Apple or computer backup settings may include local app data; those backups are controlled outside Reheava. Deleting app data does not cancel or refund a purchase.
If you contact support
If you email reheava@proton.me, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please send only the information needed and avoid sensitive scripts or payment details. Support messages are retained while needed to resolve and follow up on the request, or meet legal obligations. You can email us to ask for deletion of your support correspondence.
This website
This static website is hosted by GitHub Pages. It uses no developer-added analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party fonts. GitHub may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to provide and secure hosting. This website hosting is separate from the app's local script storage. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Your choices and questions
You control your local scripts, exports, device backups, and Apple privacy settings. We cannot access or retrieve scripts stored only on your device. For questions about this policy, or requests concerning information you sent to support, contact reheava@proton.me.
Policy updates
We will update this page if the app's practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will also be described in the app or its release information where appropriate.
