Include your device model, iOS version, and what happened. Please avoid sending private scripts, payment details, or passwords. A short, non-sensitive sample is enough for an import problem.
Your first rehearsal
- Create a document in the library. Paste your text or import a TXT or PDF file, then review the text before saving.
- Open the document and review its blocks. Split a long section, combine short ones, reorder them, or add your own cues.
- Practice with full text, first-letter hints, or hidden text. Reveal a block when needed. Mark it as known or needing practice.
- Set a target duration and start a rehearsal. Move through the blocks at your own pace, then compare your time with your target.
- Open the teleprompter when you want a continuous script. Adjust the text size and scroll speed before you start.
Common questions
Which files can I import?
Reheava supports UTF-8 TXT and PDFs that contain selectable text. Documents can contain up to 20,000 words. Imported files must be 25 MiB or smaller. Scanned pages, password-protected PDFs, and damaged files are not supported. Copy the text into a new document or export a text-based PDF from the original editor. Always check the import preview: PDF columns and line breaks may need editing.
Does Reheava record or listen to me?
No. Reheava does not use the camera or microphone. You assess your own recall using the known and needs-practice marks. The app does not score your speech or pronunciation.
Can I use Reheava without internet?
Your saved scripts, practice modes, timer, and teleprompter work on your device. Speech playback uses installed Apple voices. Download a voice in your device's accessibility speech settings before going offline. Purchasing and restoring Pro need access to the App Store.
How do I change the reading voice?
Open a document's practice screen and choose Voice to select an available English voice and speaking speed. The available selection depends on your device's installed Apple voices. If you want another voice, install it through your device's accessibility speech settings, then reopen Reheava.
What happens when I leave the app?
Rehearsal timing and teleprompter scrolling pause when the app becomes inactive. Speech playback stops or pauses. Return to the app and resume when you are ready; it does not keep rehearsing in the background.
What is included for free?
You can save up to three documents and use import, block editing, all basic recall modes, Apple voice playback, timed rehearsal, and the teleprompter. You can export your source text as TXT.
Is Reheava Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is one non-consumable purchase for lifetime access to unlimited documents, the difficult-block queue, rehearsal history, and PDF cue-card export. The US price is $9.99. Your App Store purchase screen shows the current price.
How do I restore Pro?
Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then open Reheava's settings and choose Restore Purchases. An internet connection may be required. If a purchase is waiting for approval, Pro becomes available after Apple confirms it. If restoration still fails, contact us with the error message, without payment details.
What if my purchase is refunded or revoked?
Pro features become unavailable. You can choose three documents to keep active in the free version. Your other documents are retained and their original text remains available for export.
Are my scripts synced or backed up?
Reheava has no account or in-app cloud sync. Its library is stored locally. Your device's backup settings may include app data in an Apple or computer backup. Export important original texts as TXT; cue-card PDF export is also available with Pro. A text export does not include learning progress or rehearsal history.
How can I delete my data?
Delete individual documents from the library or use the delete-local-data action in settings. This removes local scripts and progress. It does not refund an App Store purchase or remove exported copies and device backups. Reheava cannot recover data after deletion; keep an export if you need it.
